App: Wikiscan (com.snowcross.scannerfornotion)
Developer: Alexander Grant
Summary
Wikiscan is a client for your Notion workspace. We do not operate Notion for you, and we do not collect your Notion access token or scanned documents on our own servers.
Information the app stores on your device
When you connect Notion, the app saves on your iPhone:
- Your Notion internal integration access token (in the Apple Keychain)
- The integration display name after verification
- In-progress scan sessions and exported files while you use the app
This data stays on your device. The developer does not receive it unless you choose to send it through the support form (see below).
How the app uses your information
- Notion connections: The app contacts Notion’s API using the token you provide to list pages and upload scans you choose to send.
- On-device processing: Document scanning, photo import, cropping, and OCR run on your device. Photos you select from your library are processed locally the same way as camera scans. Searchable PDF text is embedded locally before upload.
- Photo library access: The app only accesses photos you explicitly select in the system photo picker. We do not browse your library in the background.
- No analytics SDK: The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- Optional tips: If you use Settings → Support the Developer, purchases are handled entirely by Apple (StoreKit). We do not receive your payment card details.
